Trudy - Day 29
Today was a good day. We woke up at 10am, however I was still very tired because we didn't go to bed until 2am and I had a lot of trouble falling asleep. Tomorrow is day 30, so exciting because now we can start counting down days, yeah. Can't wait to start eating again. I have lots of ideas for new inventive foods like pulled pork sushi rolls, cheese burger sushi rolls, smoked mac and cheese and so much more. I don't want to eat unhealthy anymore but if I do have something bad for me I will just make sure that I eat way less of it. I do worry about over eating again but hopefully my stomach has shrunk and my body tells me to stop eating.
