Full body workout at the gym today. We even added a couple of new machines and made sure we pushed ourselves to the max. We are not hurting ourselves but are making sure that our muscles are exhausted and that each trip to the gym is worth the time and effort we are taking to be there. I got on the scale, again, and although down a few more pounds I was disappointed to not see great results. I know every little bit helps but it seems so slow going for the amount of sacrifice I seem to be putting in.
As we approach day 30 though I keep telling Trudy and reminding myself that not only is that the half way point but it is also the point at which we no longer have to count up! Instead of saying we are 10 days in or 15 days or whatever, we will finally be able to start counting down! 30,29,28 ... 15,10, done! I cannot wait . As day 30 nears day 60 seems more attainable.
