Day 50 - Trudy
Today was a good day. We went to the gym, did cardio and talked to a trainer about eating right and what to eat when we start again. We just hung out the rest of the day while looking up things about food Johnnie found several pages of medical proof that soybeans are in fact, bad for you and cause a lot of terrible diseases, good thing he found out before we start eating again because in the O blood type diet you have lots of soy.
