60 Day juice fast - Day 47 - Johnnie

Today was a good day.  We went to the gym and worked full body.  The workout was tough but also seeming somewhat easier.  I was able to increase some weights as well as some reps on others.

We also met with Matt today, the guy who signed us up.  We explained that with so few days to go we wanted to know how to best use our time in the gym.  He suggested 3 days a week of cardio focused work and 2 days a week of muscle work.  He also mentioned getting us a meeting with a trainer named Scott because he is knowledgeable and has a great deal of diet and other experiences.
