Today was a great day. Worked the full body at the gym today and was feeling it very well. My arms are growing and my overall strength is coming back. Each day I feel stronger and better. As an added bonus our sex life has picked up as well! Increased stamina, desire and confidence have all been bonus side effects of eating healthier and loosing weight. Woo Hoo!
Visited with Julie for a bit today and Dave then decided to hang in our room and watch a couple movies. Between movies we entertained ourselves, adult style! Lol. I can't wait till I reach my target weight, I'll never get anything done!
