Today was a great day. We went to the gym today and did full body. We worked hard and I was sore as hell later today. I need to stretch more after working out and not just before.
I like when we work hard and I can feel my strength increasing and my muscles growing. My triceps are getting noticeably bigger and I can see results in my legs too.
We had Trudy's roasted squash and garlic puree this evening and it was incredible, as always. We have been watching "The Buried Life" an awesome documentary on Netflix which was an MTV show at one point.
Woke up early today with a voice in my ear that said "Wake up, you have won millions and need to do something with it." We didn't win however today but I believe the universe is preparing me for when I do win. Because I am wealthy and money comes to me easy and often.
PS. More great sex today! I love being healthier!!!
