Today was a good day. No real cravings. Trudy's soup creations are making the last part of this much easier. She cooked the pea soup longer today for lunch and it really broke the peas down more which liquified everything and made it even more delicious.
Tonight we had a carrot & garlic soup. It was good as well. The carrot flavor was very strong but I enjoy carrots and eating a warm meal helps.
The gym was just some light cardio today followed by some hot tub and steam room time.
Down to 272 today, that is a 40lb weight loss so far!
